Flange foot drawn trumpet firing glass with polished pontil to under side of foot English late 18th - early 19th century.

Bowl dia:   6 cm.

Foot dia:    7 cm.

Foot thickness: 1.2 cm.

Condition Very good. 

Note: A firing glass is usually a small dram glass with short thick stem, a thick foot sometimes flanged. They were used at ceremonial occasion, after a toast was offered by being rapped loudly on the table.
