Antique glass - punch glass English c1830

Cut glass cup / mug probably used for punch with cut flutes and band of fine diamonds English c1830.

Base dia: 5

Rim dia: 8.7 cm.

Condition: Very good condition.  

Note: An unusual form which I have not come across before.  Very good quality glass.
