Dram glass with oversewn foot c1770

Dimensions:

Dram glass with ogee bowl with moulded basal flutes and oversewn foot English c1770. 

Foot diameter:  6.2 cm.

Bowl diameter: 5.2 cm.

Condition:  Good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration.

Note: The interesting feature of this glass is the foot known as an oversewn foot. This is due to the threads of glass radially trailed over the upper and lower surfaces of the foot.
