Decanter with two blade neck rings, radial and basal flutes and an uncut lozenge stopper. The body engraved with a wide band of stars and shamrock sprays with the initials TME within a  cartouche C1830.

Condition: Very good with no chips, cracks or evidence of restoration. 

Body diameter:    10.4 cm.

Base diameter:    10.4 cm.

Note: I believe the decanter has its original stopper.
