Pair of miniature decanters C1840

Pair of miniature decanters with cut with shoulder and basal flutes, three neck rings and mushroom stopper 

Condition:  Good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration.

Note: There is a debate about what these small items were used for. Some refer to them to salesmen’s examples, however, I believe they were made as toys either for children or for the amusement of adults or possibly even souvenirs.
