Antique glass - rare wine glass with melted in threads c1860

Rare wine glass with red melted inputted down threads English c1860. Probably made by James Powell & Sons London.  

Bowl dia:  6.4 cm.

Foot dia:    6.4 cm.

Condition: Very good with no chips, cracks or evidence of restoration.
